摘　　要：细胞焦亡可能是引起桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimoto′s thyroiditis,HT)发病的主要原因,而中药可通过调节细胞焦亡通路降低细胞损伤、抑制免疫反应和抗氧化应激,从而发挥对甲状腺细胞的保护作用。槲皮素、木犀草素、连翘提取物、五味子素B等为治疗HT的有效中药成分,能够通过多种机制延缓细胞焦亡的进程,部分成分还可减轻由焦亡引发的免疫激活、免疫失衡和氧化应激。此外,中药复方以其多靶点、协同增效、整体调理等优点广泛用于HT的治疗。但现有研究主要聚焦于单一机制,忽略了整体分析与药物制备及临床应用标准的优化,因此将实验和临床实践结合,全面探讨中药在HT防治中的作用机制和临床应用对于深化其治疗潜力至关重要。Cellular pyroptosis may be the main cause of Hashimoto′s thyroiditis(HT).Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce cellular injury,inhibit immune response and anti-oxidative stress by regulating the pyroptosis pathway,thus playing a protective role on thyroid cells.Quercetin,luteolin,forsythe forsythiae extract,Schisandrin B and other traditional Chinese medicine components are effective on HT by delaying the process of pyroptosis through a variety of mechanisms,part of which can also reduce the immune activation,immune imbalance and oxidative stress caused by pyroptosis.In addition,traditional Chinese medicine compound is widely used in the treatment of HT with its advantages of multi-target,synergistic and overall effect.However,the existing studies mainly focus on a single mechanism,ignoring the overall analysis and optimization of drug preparation and clinical application standards in some ways.From this prospect,it is essential to focus on the combination of experiment and clinical practice,as well as comprehensively exploring the mechanism and clinical application of TCM in the prevention and treatment of HT to unlock its therapeutic potential.
