针刺治疗功能性消化不良的作用机制研究

摘　　要：功能性消化不良是针灸治疗的优势病种,针刺治疗功能性消化不良效果较好,主要通过改善胃肠动力障碍、调控胃电节律、调节内脏敏感、调控脑肠轴及脑肠肽相关激素、减少炎症因子的释放、调节十二指肠嗜酸性粒细胞、改善焦虑抑郁状态等治疗功能性消化不良,改善功能性消化不良临床症状。但目前针刺治疗功能性消化不良的中医分型、针刺选穴及治法方药尚未统一,针灸、方药对肠道内环境的影响尚未明确,今后的研究亟需结合中医基础理论及现代研究技术进一步完善该病的辨证分型及疗效评定标准,以期为功能性消化不良的临床诊断和治疗提供更为科学的依据。Acupuncture has advantages in treatment of functional dyspepsia mainly by improving gastrointestinal dyskinesia,regulating gastric electrical rhythms,modulating visceral sensitivity,regulating the gut-brain axis and related hormones of brain-gut peptide,decreasing the release of inflammatory factors,regulating duodenal eosinophils,as well as improving the anxiety and depression to improve the clinical symptoms with good efficacy.However,the TCM syndrome,selection of acupuncture points,treatment methods and prescriptions for functional dyspepsia treated with acupuncture have not been unified.In addition,the influence of acupuncture and TCM prescriptions on the intestinal environment has not been clear.In the future,it is urgent to further improve the syndrome differentiation and efficacy evaluation criteria of the disease combined with the basic theory of TCM and modern research techniques,to provide a more scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia.
