摘　　要：人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染主要因虚、因湿、因毒,乃本虚标实之证,虚主要责之先天禀赋不足、素体正气虚弱、脾肾二脏亏虚,实则主要责之肝气郁滞不疏、湿热邪毒壅盛。本虚为发病之基础,标实之湿热邪毒为致病之关键因素。秦竹教授基于“一体两翼”学术思想,临证重视肝脾肾之脏腑论治,主张以健脾渗湿为要,兼以补肾温阳、疏肝理气,辅以解毒化瘀。临证秉承虚则补之,实则泻之,湿则化之,滞则行之,毒则解之的治则,总以补虚泻实为宜,辨证当分清脏腑虚实之偏盛,总以扶正祛邪为要。基于脾虚湿盛之常见证创立芪黄四君完带汤,治以健脾疏肝益肾、化湿解毒止带,以达肝脾肾三脏并治,调畅人体气血阴阳,恢复脏腑功能,湿祛而带自收、毒自消之效。Human papilloma virus(HPV)infection is mainly caused by deficiency,Dampness and Toxin,which belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in root and excess in symptoms.Deficiency mainly means the lack of innate endowment,weakness of Zheng Qi and deficiency of Spleen and Kidney,while excess mainly means the stagnation of Liver Qi and excessive accumulation of the pathogenic toxin of Dampness-Heat.The former is the basis of the disease,and the latter is the key factor of the disease.Based on the academic thought of"one body with two wings",Professor Qin Zhu attaches great importance to the treatment of the Liver,Spleen and Kidney in clinical practice,advocating that the Spleen should be invigorated first and moist,and the Kidney should be tonified,the Yang should be warmed,and the Liver Qi should be soothed,and the toxin and blood stasis should be removed.In clinic,the treatment policy of tonifying the deficiency,dispelling the excessiveness and removing the Dampness,Toxin and stagnation should be followed.The syndrome differentiation should be carried out to distinguish the deficiency and excess of the Zang and Fu,and the method of relieving the deficiency and removing the excess as well as strengthening the Zheng Qi and removing the evil factors should be used in treatment.Based on the common syndrome of Spleen deficiency and Dampness,Qihuang Sijun Wandai Decoction is created to invigorate the Spleen,to sooth the Liver Qi and to tonify the Kidney,to dispel the Dampness,to detoxify and to stop the leukorrhea,to achieve the comprehensive treatment of Liver,Spleen and Kidney,to regulate the body′s Qi,blood and the balance Yin Yang,eventually to restore the function of the Zang and Fu organs.When the Dampness is removed the leukorrhea become healthy and the Toxin is eliminated.
