左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑治疗急性阑尾炎患者术后感染的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析左氧氟沙星结合甲硝唑治疗急性阑尾炎患者术后感染的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年9月佛山市高明区人民医院收治的80例急性阑尾炎术后感染患者作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、炎症指标、胃肠功能水平、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平低于对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑应用在急性阑尾炎患者术后感染治疗中,可明显改善患者炎症指标,显著提升胃肠功能,且安全可靠。Objective:To analyze the effect of Levofloxacin combined with Metronidazole in the treatment of postoperative infection in patients with acute appendicitis.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute appendicitis postoperative infection admitted to Gaoming District People's Hospital of Foshan City from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with Levofloxacin.The effective rate,inflammatory index,gastrointestinal function level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate,motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Levofloxacin combined with Metronidazole in the postoperative infection treatment of patients with acute appendicitis can significantly improve the inflammatory indicators of patients,significantly improve the gastrointestinal function,and is safe and reliable.
