布地奈德鼻喷雾剂在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德鼻喷雾剂在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月在海安市中医院耳鼻咽喉科治疗的105例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=55)。对照组采用功能性鼻内镜手术(FESS)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较两组Lund-Kennedy鼻内镜评分、鼻部主观症状视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:术前,两组Lund-Kennedy鼻内镜评分、鼻部主观症状VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,两组Lund-Kennedy鼻内镜评分、鼻部主观症状VAS评分低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率及复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后患者应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂可改善鼻腔黏膜形态,缓解术后不良症状,预防术后并发症及复发。Objective:To explore the application effect of Budesonide Nasal Spray in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after surgery.Method:A total of 105 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who treated in the Otolaryngology Department of Hai’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the subjects,they were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=55)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS),the observation group was treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray on the basis of the control group.The Lund-Kennedy nasal endoscopic score,nasal subjective symptom visual analogue scale(VAS)score,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Result:Before surgery,there were no significant differences in the Lund-Kennedy nasal endoscopic score and nasal subjective symptom VAS score between two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after surgery,the Lund-Kennedy nasal endoscopic scores and nasal subjective symptom VAS scores of two groups were lower than those before surgery,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide Nasal Spray in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after surgery can improve the morphology of nasal mucosa,relieve postoperative adverse symptoms,and prevent postoperative complications and recurrence.
