摘　　要：目的:评价桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗不全流产的效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年6月酒泉市人民医院收治的82例不全流产患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予桂枝茯苓胶囊。比较两组临床疗效,时间指标,治疗前、治疗后5 d子宫螺旋动脉血流指标,治疗前、治疗后14 d性激素。结果:观察组总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组完全流产患者孕囊排出时间、阴道出血停止时间早于对照组,腹痛持续时间短于对照组,腹痛程度分级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后5 d舒张末期流速(PDV)明显低于治疗前和对照组,阻力指数(RI)明显高于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前、治疗后14 d血清雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后14 d血清E_(2)、P水平均明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗不全流产可缩短阴道流血时间,减轻腹痛程度,提高子宫螺旋动脉血流阻力和疗效。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the treatment of incomplete abortion.Method:A total of 82 patients with incomplete abortion treated in Jiuquan City People's Hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol,and the observation group was given Guizhi Fuling Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,time index,uterine spiral artery blood flow indexes before and 5 d after treatment,and sex hormone before and 14 d after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 78.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gestational sac discharge time and the stop time of vaginal bleeding of complete abortion patients in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the duration of abdominal pain was shorter than that in the control group,and the grade of abdominal pain was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 5 d after treatment,the end diastolic flow velocity(PDV)in the observation group was significantly lower than those before treatment and the control group,and resistance index(RI)was significantly higher than those before treatment and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the serum estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P)levels between the two groups before treatment and 14 d after treatment(P>0.05);the serum E_(2) and P levels in two groups at 14 d after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Mifep
