雷珠单抗联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变出血患者的效果  

Effect of Leizumab Combined with Iodized Lecithin Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy Bleeding

摘　　要：目的:探究雷珠单抗联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)出血患者的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月监利市人民医院眼科收治的258例PDR出血患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各129例。对照组给予雷珠单抗,试验组在对照组基础上给予卵磷脂络合碘片。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后自觉症状、视力恢复情况及黄斑厚度、相关因子及不良反应。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组眼睛干涩感、眼睛异物感、眼睛烧灼感、眼睑肿胀评分均降低,试验组眼睛干涩感、眼睛异物感、眼睛烧灼感、眼睑肿胀评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组最佳矫正视力升高,黄斑厚度降低,试验组最佳矫正视力高于对照组,黄斑厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICM-1)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均降低,且试验组VEGF、ICAM-1、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.416,P=0.519)。结论:在针对PDR出血患者的治疗中,应用雷珠单抗与卵磷脂络合碘片,效果确切,可有助于减轻临床症状,促进视力恢复,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To explore the effect of Leizumab combined with Iodized Lecithin Tablets in the treatment of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)bleeding.Method:A total of 258 patients with PDR bleeding who admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Jianli People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,129 cases in each group.The control group was given Leizumab,and the experimental group was given Lecithin Iodine Tablets based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,self-conscious symptoms,visual acuity recovery condition,macular thickness,related factors before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of eye dryness,eye foreign body sensation,eye burning sensation and eyelid swelling in two groups were decreased,the scores of eye dryness,eye foreign body sensation,eye burning sensation and eyelid swelling in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity and macular thickness in two groups were decreased,and the best corrected visual acuity and macular thickness in the experimental group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICM-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were decreased,and the levels of VEGF,ICAM-1 and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(χ^(2)=0.416,P=0.519).Conclusion:In t
