摘　　要：尊敬的阿方主席,毛里塔尼亚外交部长马尔祖克阁下,尊敬的阿盟秘书长盖特阁下,各位同事,各位朋友:大家好!很高兴与各位再次齐聚北京,共同出席中阿合作论坛第十届部长级会议。本次会议是首届中阿峰会成功举办后,论坛首次召开部长级会议,会议的主题是全力推动中阿命运共同体建设。我们高兴地看到,首届中阿峰会举办以来,在习近平主席和阿拉伯国家领导人的指引下,中阿命运共同体建设取得明显进展,中阿关系进入了历史最好时期。Your Excellency Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug,Arab Co-chair of the Ministerial Conference and Foreign Minister of Mauritania,Your Excellency Ahmed Aboul Gheit,Secretary General of the League ofArabStates,Distinguished Colleagues,Friends,Good morning.I am delighted to meet you all again in Beijing and join you at the 1Oth Ministerial Conference of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum(CASCF).This is the first ministerial conference of the Forum since our leaders met for the first China-Arab States Summit in 2022.The theme of our Conference is Working Toward a China-Arab Community with a Shared Future.We are pleased that significant progress has been made in building a China-Arab community with a shared future under the guidance of Arab leaders and President Xi Jinping since their first summit and that the China-Arab relationship is now at its best in history.
