苄星青霉素联合头孢曲松钠治疗梅毒患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析苄星青霉素,头孢曲松钠单药及联合治疗梅毒患者的效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月宜春市人民医院的60例梅毒患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表方法分为A组、B组、C组,各20例。A组采用苄星青霉素治疗,B组采用头孢曲松钠治疗,C组采用苄星青霉素联合头孢曲松钠干预,比较三组治疗效果、甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)转阴时间、症状消退时间、免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、外周血指标[辅助性T淋巴细胞1(Th1)、辅助性T淋巴细胞2(Th2)、辅助性T细胞(Th1/Th2)]及血清指标[白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)]、不良反应。结果C组治愈率高于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TRUST转阴时间C组短于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组症状消退时间短于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前三组的免疫功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3周后三组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于治疗前,CD8^(+)低于治疗前,C组治疗3周后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于A组、B组,CD8^(+)低于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前三组的外周血指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3周后三组的Th1、Th1/Th2高于治疗前,Th2低于治疗前;C组治疗3周后Th1、Th1/Th2高于A组、B组,Th2低于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组发生腹泻2例,恶心1例,皮疹1例,总发生率为20%(4/20),B组发生腹泻1例,恶心1例,皮疹1例,总发生率为15.00%(3/20),C组发生腹泻2例,恶心2例,皮疹1例,总发生率为25.00%(5/20),三组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论梅毒治疗中,使用苄星青霉素、头孢曲松钠联合方案治疗,效果更好,不会增加新不良反应,安全性较好,建议推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Benzathine Penicillin and Ceftriaxone Sodium in the treatment of syphilis patients.Methods Sixty patients with syphilis in Yichun People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C with 20 cases each.Group A was treated with Benzathine Penicillin,group B with Ceftriaxone Sodium,and group C with Benzathine Penicillin combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium.The therapeutic effect,negative time of toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST),symptom resolution time,and immune function indexes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),Peripheral blood indicators(helper T lymphocyte 1[Th1],helper T lymphocyte 2[Th2],helper T cell[Th1/Th2])and serum indicators(interleukin-2[IL-2],interleukin10[IL-10]),adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results The cure rate of group C was higher than that of group B and group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of TRUST turning negative in group C was shorter than that in group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom resolution time of group C was shorter than that of group B and group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immune function indexes among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the three groups were higher than before treatment,and CD8^(+)was lower than before treatment.After 3 weeks of treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the C group was higher than that in the B and A groups,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the B and A groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in peripheral blood indexes among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,Th1 and Th1/Th2 in the three groups were higher than before treatment,and Th2 was lower than before treatment;After 3 weeks of treatment,Th1 and Th1/Th2 in group C w
