摘　　要：目的探讨骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折(OTLF)患者术后使用生龙接骨胶囊治疗的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年3月南昌市洪都中医院收治的80例OTLF患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组术后采用骨化三醇软胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用生龙接骨胶囊治疗,均治疗3个月,比较两组骨代谢指标、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、骨密度及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平高于对照组,Ⅰ型胶原C端肽(CTX-Ⅰ)水平低于对照组,各部位骨密度高于对照组,Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷(ODI)评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论OTLF患者术后使用生龙接骨胶囊治疗可有效减轻术后疼痛,调节骨密度及骨代谢指标,改善术后腰椎功能,且有较好的安全性。Objective To explore the effect of postoperative use of Shenglong Jiegu Capsules on patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures(OTLF).Methods A total of eighty patients with OTLF admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received postoperative treatment with calcitriol capsules.The observation group was treated with Shenglong Jiegu Capsules on the basis of the control group,both of which were treated for three months.The bone metabolism indicators,pain level,lumbar spine function,bone density,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)and osteocalcin(BGP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of C-terminus peptide of type I collagen(CTX-I)were lower than those in the control group,and the bone density in various parts was higher than that in the control group,and the Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and visual analog scale(VAS)score were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Postoperative use of Shenglong Jiegu Capsules in OTLF patients can effectively alleviate postoperative pain,regulate bone density and bone metabolism indicators,improve postoperative lumbar spine function,and have good safety.
