摘　　要：目的观察天麻降压胶囊治疗H型高血压(肝火亢盛证)的临床效果及对同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2022年12月天水市中医医院就诊的165例轻、中度H型高血压(肝火亢盛证)患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(83例)和治疗组(82例)。对照组予以马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服天麻降压胶囊治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较治疗前后两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、Hcy、hs-CRP水平及中医证候积分的情况,并判断血压疗效及中医疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的收缩压与舒张压均低于本组治疗前,且治疗组的收缩压与舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的血压总有效率(97.56%)高于对照组(86.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的Hcy、hs-CRP水平及中医证候总积分均低于本组治疗前,且治疗组的Hcy、hs-CRP水平及中医证候总积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的中医治疗总有效率(85.37%)高于对照组(73.49%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻降压胶囊治疗H型高血压(肝火亢盛证)具有较好的临床疗效,可显著改善患者症状,降低Hcy、hs-CRP水平,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tianma Jiangya Capsules in the treatment of H-type hypertension(hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome)and its effect on homocysteine and hypersensitive C-reactive protein.Methods A total of 165 patients with mild to moderate H-type hypertension(hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome)who visited Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Tianshui City from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(83 cases)and treatment group(82 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Enalapril Maleate and Folic Acid Tablets,and the treatment group was given Tianma Jiangya Capsules on basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 3 months.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood Hcy,hs-CRP levels,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the efficacy of blood pressure and traditional Chinese Medicine were judged.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure in the treatment group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(86.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hcy,hs-CRP levels and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome total scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Hcy,hs-CRP levels and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome total scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group(85.37%)was higher than that of the control group(73.49%),and the di
