摘　　要：目的探索个性化护理干预在小儿骨科外周静脉穿刺中的应用价值。方法选取2023年10月福州市第二总医院应用传统的外周静脉留置针的130例患儿为对照组,并选取2023年11月应用个性化护理干预的外周静脉穿刺的114例患儿为观察组,两组均干预至患儿出院。观察两组患儿1次穿刺成功率、家属满意度、哭闹时间和护士穿刺心率增幅差值。结果观察组患儿哭闹时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士1次穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士穿刺前心率、心率增加幅度、心率增幅差值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预可以有效缩减患儿哭闹时间、降低护士穿刺压力,同时能提高一次穿刺成功率和家属满意度,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of personalized nursing intervention in pediatric orthopedic peripheral venipuncture.Methods A total of 130 children who received traditional peripheral venous indwelling needle in the Second General Hospital of Fuzhou in October 2023 were selected as the control group,and 114 children who received personalized nursing intervention for peripheral venous puncture in November 2023 were selected as the observation group.Both groups were treated until the children were discharged.The success rate of one puncture,family satisfaction,crying time and difference in heart rate increuse during puncture were observed in the two groups.Results The crying time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one puncture among the observation group nurses was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate before puncture,increase in heart rate,and difference in heart rate increase of the observation group nurses were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention can effectively shorten children's crying time,reduce nurses'stress during puncture,and improve the success rate of one-time puncture and family members'satisfaction.
