万应消痛膏治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨万应消痛膏治疗寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年12月120例寒湿痹阻型KOA患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方式分为观察组与对照组。观察组60例患者接受万应消痛膏治疗+基础治疗,对照组60例患者接受骨伤科外洗方治疗+基础治疗,连续干预2周后,比较两组患者的膝关节活动度、功能、中医证候评分。结果治疗前两组患者30s起立测试(30CST)评分、美国特种外科医院膝关节(HSS)评分、中医证候评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,两组患者各项评分均较治疗前有改善(P<0.01);观察组有效率(96.7%)优于对照组(86.7%)(P<0.05);观察组30CST评分、HSS评分与中医证候评分改善情况较对照组更佳(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均未报告不良事件。结论万应消痛膏治疗寒湿痹阻型KOA安全有效,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wanying Xiaotong Plaster,in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with Cold-Dampness stagnation.Methods 120 patients who suffered KOA with Cold-Dampness stagnation treated at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods.60 patients in the observation group received Wanying Xiaotong Plaster combined with basic treatment,while 60 patients in the control group received both the external washing formula from the orthopedic department and basic treatment.After continuous intervention for 2 weeks,the knee joint range of motion,function,and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of patients from the two groups were evaluated and statistically analyzed.Results Before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of 30-Second Chair Stand Test(30CST),Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS),and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes between the two groups of patients.After 2 weeks of the treatment,the scores of both groups of patients showed significant improvement compared to before the treatment(P<0.01).The effective rate of the observation group(96.7%)was better than that of the control group(86.7%)(P<0.05).The improvement of the observation group's 30CST scores,HSS scores,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no patients reported adverse events.Conclusion Wanying Xiaotong Plaster is safe and effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Cold-Dampness stagnation,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
