按摩联合独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中医按摩联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果。方法将74例腰椎间盘突出症患者以双盲法原则分为2组,对照组37例,实施中医按摩治疗,观察组37例在对照组基础上联用独活寄生汤加减治疗,对比2组临床效果。结果治疗后,2组患者疼痛评分均下降,且观察组水平更低;2组腰椎JOA评分均呈上升表现,且观察组评分更高,2组Oswestry功能障碍指数均呈下降状况,且观察组数据呈更低表现;2组自我效能感评分均呈上升情形,且观察组数据水平更高,观察组并发症发生率水平更低(P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,给予中医按摩联合独活寄生汤加减治疗,可显著减少疼痛反应,改善患者腰椎功能,降低并发症发生率,该方案效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM massage combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Seventy-four patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into control group of 37 cases(TCM massage treatment)and observation group of 37 cases(Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of control group)by the principle of double blind method.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the pain score of both groups decreased,and the level of observation group was lower.The lumbar JOA scores of both groups showed an increase,and the observation group had a higher score.The Oswestry disability index of both groups showed a decrease,and the observation group had a lower score.The self-efficacy scores of both groups showed an increase,and the observation group had a higher data level,and the observation group had a lower complication rate(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with lumbar protrusion,TCM massage combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction can significantly reduce the pain response,improve the lumbar function of patients,and reduce the complication rate.The program has significant effects and is worth popularizing.
