金刚杵点扣联合烫熨疗法治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察金刚杵点扣联合烫熨疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取2021年7月—2022年11月收治的160例患者,随机分为干预组80例和对照组80例,对照组患者给予常规针刺治疗,干预组患者给予金刚杵针联合烫熨治疗。经前1周起每日治疗1次,连续5次为1个疗程;治疗结束后观察2组痛经频率、疼痛程度、痛经症状评分情况。结果治疗后,干预组痛经疼痛频率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、痛经症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金刚杵点扣联合烫熨疗法疗效优于对照组,而且金刚杵无针刺的破皮之痛,治疗过程更为舒适,患者接受度与依从性更好,值得在基层推广与应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jingang pestle needle combined with ironing in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold dampness stagnation type.Methods 160 patients admitted from July 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into intervention group of 80 cases and control group of 80cases.Patients in the control group were given routine acupuncture treatment,patients in the intervention group were given clubbing needle combined with ironing treatment,and patients in both groups were given health education intervention.Treatment once a day from the week before menstruation,consecutive 5 times was a course of treatment.After treatment,the frequency of dysmenorrhea,pain degree and dysmenorrhea symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the frequency of dysmenorrhea in intervention group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Visual analogue scale(VAS)and dysmenorrhea symptom score in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Jingang pestle needle combined with ironing is better than that of the control group in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Moreover,Jingang pestle does not have the pain of broken skin caused by acupuncture,the treatment process is more comfortable,and the patients'acceptance and compliance are better,which is worthy of promotion and application at the grassroots level.
