摘　　要：目的探讨针刺足少阳经首尾穴治疗偏头痛的即刻镇痛及远期疗效。方法选取2019年7月—2020年12月于北京中医药大学东直门医院针灸科二区及脑病针灸科就诊的偏头痛患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。2组均选取患侧太阳穴、风池、率谷、悬颅、头维、足临泣、外关等,治疗组加用足少阳经首穴瞳子髎、尾穴足窍阴;对照组加用非经非穴。2组均隔天治疗1次,5次为1个疗程,共2个疗程。分析比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组头痛强度VAS评分、头痛积分量表及MSQ问卷得分均明显降低,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺首尾穴治疗偏头痛临床疗效明显优于传统治疗方法,能有效缓解患者偏头痛情况,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture the first and the last acupoints of the gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang in the treatment of migraine.Methods Sixty migraine patients were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups selected the affected Taiyang,Fengchi(GB20),Suailu(GB8),Xuanlu(GB5),Touwei(ST8),Zulinqi(GB41),Waiguan(SJ5)other points,the treatment group added the first point of the foot Shaoyang meridian Tongziliao(GB1),Zuqiaoyin(GB44).The control group was also treated with non-point.Both groups were treated once every other day,5 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The clinical effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of headache intensity VAS,headache score scale and MSQ questionnaire in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture at the first and the last acupoints in the treatment of migraine is better than the traditional treatment.It can effectively relieve the migraine of patients,and is worthy of widespread application and promotion.
