当归苦参丸联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗中重度痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察当归苦参丸联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法选取2020年2月—2023年2月于永新县皮防所治疗的中重度痤疮患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(新型超分子水杨酸治疗)和对照组(当归苦参丸联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗),各50例,观察治疗后2组痤疮严重程度、炎症因子水平、生活质量、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率优于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当归苦参丸联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗中重度痤疮可改善患者临床症状、炎症因子水平及生活质量,具有较好的治疗效果和安全性。Objective To observe the effect of Danggui Kushen pills combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods One hundred patients with moderate to severe acne from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group of 50 patients treated with new supramolecular salicylic acid and the observation group of 50 patients treated with Danggui Kushen pills combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid by random number table method.The severity of acne,the levels of inflammatory factors,quality of life,clinical efficacy and the risk of adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)score,Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)score,interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were close(P>0.05).Conclusion Danggui Kushen pills combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid can improve clinical symptoms,inflammatory reactions and quality of life of patients with moderate to severe acne,with good therapeutic effect and safety.
