激素替代疗法改善围绝经期综合征妇女症状与提高生存质量的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究激素替代治疗在缓解围绝经期综合征女性相关症状方面的有效性及对其生存质量的影响。方法 回顾性选取2022年1月-2023年12月忻州市中心医院收治的120例围绝经期综合征患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方式分为常规组(n=60)与激素组(n=60),常规组采用对症治疗联合谷维素片,激素组在常规组基础上应用戊酸雌二醇片,对比两组疗效。结果 治疗后,激素组Kupperman评分为(12.32±0.89)分,低于常规组的(16.56±0.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=32.782,P<0.05)。激素组治疗有效率高于常规组,激素水平改善情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 相较于常规治疗联合谷维素片,激素替代疗法在围绝经期综合征治疗中能更显著地改善患者症状,提高生存质量,并优化激素水平。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of hormone replacement therapy in relieving symptoms associ-ated with perimenopausal syndrome in women and its impact on quality of life.Methods Clinical data of 120 pa-tients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to Xinzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into routine group(n=60)and hormone group(n=60).The routine group was treated with symptomatic treatment combined with oryzanol tab-lets,and the hormone group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets on the basis of the routine group.The effi-cacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,Kupperman score in hormone group was(12.32±0.89)points,which was lower than(16.56±0.46)points in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=32.782,P<0.05).The effective rate of hormone group was higher than that of conventional group,and the improvement of hormone level was better than that of conventional group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional therapy combined with glutamate tablets,hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome significantly improves patient symptoms,improves quality of life,and optimizes hormone levels.
