上消化道病变ESD患者围术期实施快速康复护理对术后指标及护理满意情况的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复护理在上消化道病变内镜下黏膜剥离术(Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection,ESD)患者围术期的应用效果。方法随机选取2020年10月-2023年10月聊城市人民医院的120例上消化道病变ESD患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组在围术期采取常规护理,观察组在围术期采取快速康复护理。比较两组护理满意度、焦虑、抑郁、疼痛量表评分以及生活质量评分。结果观察组护理总满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁、疼痛各量表评分均降低,且观察组各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,两组环境、社会关系、生理、心理各领域评分均提高,且观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对上消化道病变ESD患者围术期采取快速康复护理,可以提升护理满意度,患者不良情绪及疼痛症状均有良好改善,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients with upper gastrointestinal lesions undergoing endoscopic mucosal dissection(ESD).Methods A total of 120 patients with ESD of upper digestive tract lesions in Liaocheng People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were ran-domly selected as the study objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group took rapid rehabilitation nursing during perioperative period.Nursing satisfaction,anxiety,depression,pain scale scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total satis-faction of nursing in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(81.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.175,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression and pain in both groups were decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of environment,social relationship,physi-ology and psychology in both groups were improved,and the scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing for ESD patients with upper digestive tract lesions can improve nursing satisfaction,im-prove patients'bad mood and pain symptoms,and improve patients'quality of life.
