医护一体化专科精细化护理在上颌窦外提升牙种植术中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨分析医护一体化专科精细化护理在上颌窦外提升牙种植术中的应用效果。方法 回顾性选取2020年10月-2023年10月聊城市人民医院收治的110例接受上颌窦外提升牙种植术患者的临床资料,按照具体护理模式分组,55例纳入常规组(常规护理模式),55例纳入联合组(医护一体化专科精细化护理模式)。对比两组患者焦虑情绪、生活质量、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 护理前,两组患者的焦虑情绪、生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,联合组焦虑情绪、生活质量均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组术后并发症发生率为0,显著低于常规组(7.27%),联合组护理总满意率(100.00%)高于常规组(90.91%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.150、5.238,P均<0.05)。结论 基于医护一体化理论开展专科精细化护理能够降低术后并发症的发生率,显著改善其在围术期内的负面情绪,提高生活质量及满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of specialized refined nursing care of healthcare integration in maxillary sinus external elevation dental implantation.Methods The clinical data of 110 patients receiv-ing maxillary sinus external lift dental implantation admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from October 2020 to Oc-tober 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the specific nursing mode,55 cases were included in the rou-tine group(routine nursing mode)and 55 cases were included in the combination group(integrated specialized nursing mode).The anxiety,quality of life,incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety and quality of life between the two groups(both P>0.05);after nursing,anxiety and quality of life in the combination group were better than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The postopera-tive complication rate of the routine group was 0,which was significantly lower than that of the routine group(7.27%),and the total nursing satisfaction rate of the combination group(100.00%)was higher than that of the routine group(90.91%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.150,5.238,both P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the theory of healthcare integration to carry out specialized refined nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative com-plications,significantly improve their negative emotions in the perioperative period,improve the quality of life and sat-isfaction.
