血清PCT、CTX-Ⅱ、OPG在绝经后骨质疏松诊断中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析血清降钙素原(PCT)、Ⅱ型胶原C端肽(CTX-Ⅱ)、骨保护素(OPG)在绝经后骨质疏松中的诊断价值。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年4月河南省西平县中医院收治的96例绝经后骨质疏松患者纳入观察组,另将同期医院收治的90例绝经后骨量减少者纳入对照组,并将同期体检且骨量正常的89例绝经后妇女纳入健康组,采集三组受试者静脉血,检测对比其血清PCT、CTX-Ⅱ、OPG差异;另绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC),分析三者检测诊断对绝经后骨质疏松的价值。结果:观察组患者PCT、CTX-Ⅱ高于对照组与健康组;OPG低于对照组与健康组,且对照组PCT、CTX-Ⅱ高于健康组,OPG低于健康组,差异有统计学意义(F=2 682.643、433.038、420.719,P<0.05);ROC结果显示,PCT、CTX-Ⅱ、OPG三者联合诊断绝经后骨质疏松的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.898,高于三者单独诊断的0.829、0.828、0.832。结论:PCT、CTX-Ⅱ、OPG在绝经后骨质疏松患者血清内呈异常表达状态,三者联合可有效诊断出疾病,为临床治疗提供可靠参考依据。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of serum pro Calcitonin(PCT),C-terminal peptide of typeⅡcollagen(CTX-Ⅱ)and osteoprotegerin(OPG)in postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:96 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were included in the observation group.90 postmenopausal osteopenia patients admitted to the hospital in the same period were included in the control group,and 89 postmenopausal women with normal bone mass who underwent physical examination in the hospital in the same period were included in the healthy group.Venous blood was collected from three groups,and differences of their serum PCT,CTX-Ⅱand OPG were detected and compared.Receiver operating curve(ROC)was drawn to analyze the value of detecting and diagnosing postmenopausal osteoporosis.Results:PCT and CTX-Ⅱin observation group were higher than those in control group and healthy group.OPG was lower than that of control group and healthy group,PCT and CTX-Ⅱof control group were higher than that of healthy group,and OPG was lower than that of healthy group,with statistically significant difference(F=2682.643,433.038,420.719;P<0.05).The ROC results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)for the combined diagnosis of PCT,CTX-Ⅱand OPG in postmenopausal osteoporosis was 0.898,which was higher than the individual diagnoses of 0.829,0.828,and 0.832.Conclusion:PCT,CTX-Ⅱ,and OPG are abnormally expressed in the serum of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients.The combination of the three can effectively diagnose the disease,and provide reliable reference basis for clinical treatment.
