银翘散合王氏保赤丸治疗热性惊厥患儿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究热性惊厥患儿采用银翘散合王氏保赤丸治疗的临床效果。方法:选择厦门市中医院2022年1月至2022年12月期间收治的160例热性惊厥患儿,按随机抽签原则分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组患儿给予常规药物治疗,观察组患儿给予常规药物+银翘散合王氏保赤丸治疗,对两组患儿疗效进行比较。结果:观察组患儿各临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿临床总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的88.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过应用银翘散合王氏保赤丸对热性惊厥患儿实施临床治疗,有助于提高其临床疗效,各项指标改善效果理想,且不会增加不良反应,安全性好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yinqiao powder combined with Wang's Baochi pill in the treatment of febrile convulsion in children.Methods A total of 160 children with febrile convulsion admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random drawing principle,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with conventional drugs+Yinqiao powder and Wang's Baochi pill.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 88.75%of the control group that,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Yinqiao powder and Wang's Baochi pill to the clinical treatment of children with febrular convulsion is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy,and the improvement effect of various indexes is ideal,and the adverse reactions will not increase,and the safety is good.
