摘　　要：骨科关节置换诊疗对象中,老年人占比较大。由于老年人的身体特征,导致诊疗过程中患者受损害发生率较高。因此,骨科关节置换诊疗也是中外医疗纠纷中发生率较高的领域。法院对此类纠纷案件的判决结果,医方通常都要承担较大的责任。对24例骨科关节置换案件判决书的回顾性分析,探讨和总结此类案件的成因,并提出相应的对策建议,以期降低此类医疗纠纷的发生率。Orthopedic joint replacement patients include a significant proportion of elderly individuals.Due to the physiological characteristics of the elderly,the incidence of patient harm during the diagnosis and treatment process is relatively high.Consequently,orthopedic joint replacement is also an area with a high rate of medical disputes in both domestic and international healthcare.The courts often hold the medical side more responsible in their judgments of such disputes.A retrospective analysis of 24 cases of orthopedic joint replacement dispute judgments was conducted to explore and summarize the causes of these cases,and to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions with the aim of reducing the incidence of such medical disputes.
