摘  要:医疗不良事件除了对患者及其家庭造成不同程度的损害外,也对涉事医疗服务提供者的心身造成一定程度的负面影响。这些涉事的医疗服务提供者被称为第二受害者,他们的支持需求却较少得到关注,医疗机构尚不能提供系统、完整的支持体系。基于对第二受害者相关概念和支持现状的梳理,尝试对第二受害者的支持需求进行总结,提炼出第二受害者在情感、组织、工作、专业、学习5个方面的支持需求,并提出相应的建议,旨在为开展第二受害者支持需求评估,建立有效的第二受害者支持体系提供参考。Adverse medical events not only harm patients and their families but also negatively affect the mental and physical health of healthcare providers.The latter are known as the second victims,whose support needs are often overlooked by healthcare organizations,and systematic and comprehensive support are lacking.Based on the concept and status quo of the second victims,this article summarizes the second victim support and identifies five key support needs,including:emotional,organizational,work-related,professional,and educational supports.Corresponding proposals were put forward to evaluate the support needs among the second victims and establish effective support system for this group of victims.
