摘 要:针对风力发电机组高强螺栓现有的半涂抹和全涂抹润滑工艺,通过试验测试对比方法分析了在各种工艺下螺栓的转矩系数、稳定性及防松可靠性。结果显示,采取半涂抹工艺润滑时,螺栓转矩系数高,防松性能好,但转矩系数的离散性较大,生产和使用过程中都不容易控制,大批量推广时更容易导致螺栓的失效;采用全涂抹工艺润滑时,螺栓转矩系数低,防松性能差,但其转矩系数稳定,标准偏差小,对该工艺进行增加防松垫圈改进后,防松性能有明显改进,更适合大批量应用。该研究对风力发电机组高强螺栓的设计具有参考意义,为高强螺栓的安装使用提供了指导。This paper analyzes the torque coefficient,stability and anti-loosening reliability of the bolts under the respective processes by test and comparison method for the existing semi-coat and fully coated lubrication processes of high-strength bolts of wind turbines.The results show that when the semi-coating process is adopted,the torque coefficient of the bolt is high and the anti-loosening performance is good,but the dispersion of the torque coefficient is large,and it is not easy to control it during production and use,and it is easier to cause the failure of the bolt when promoting it in large quantities.When the full coating process is used for lubrication,the bolt torque coefficient is low,the anti-loosening performance is poor,but its torque coefficient is stable,the standard deviation is small,and the anti-loosening performance is significantly improved after the process is improved,which is more suitable for mass application.This study has reference significance for the design of high-strength bolts in wind turbines,and also provides guidance for the installation and use of high-strength bolts.
