摘  要:为了避免装配过程中重复定位和迂回运送,介绍了一种高承载阻力撑杆多工位柔性装配装置及使用方法,装置安装架上具有竖直安装工位和水平安装工位,竖直安装工位在外力作用下沿导轨滑动后可转化成水平安装工位,多个工位的装配集中一地,可将装配夹具的数量减到最少,提高装配效率。In order to avoid repetitive positioning and circuitous transportation in the assembly process,this paper introduces a multi-station flexible assembly device for high-resistance struts and its use method.The device mounting frame has a vertical installation station and a horizontal installation station,the vertical installation station can be converted into a horizontal installation station after sliding along the guide rail under the action of external force,the assembly of multiple stations is centralized,reducing the need for assembly fixtures to a minimum,and improving assembly efficiency.
