摘  要:随着生物材料在临床中的广泛应用,脱细胞真皮基质作为组织工程中的佼佼者,近年来发展势头迅猛,具备良好的临床应用优势。尤其是在整形美容领域的注射美容中,微粒化脱细胞真皮基质(mADM)以其独特的形态学特征受到瞩目,具有安全、微创、可持续性等优点。对于mADM在注射时选择的介质、介质与mADM适宜的混合比例等问题,还有待于进一步实践验证。该文就相关研究成果进行了综述。With bio-materials being widely applied in clinical practice,acellular dermal matrix(ADM),one of the most competitive techniques in tissue engineering,has been developed rapidly in recent years,gaining popularity for its advantages in clinical application.What’s more,micronized acellular dermal matrix(mADM)has received an increasing amount of attention for its unique morphological characteristics,particularly in the field of cosmetic injection.Compared with other techniques,mADM has the advantages of great safety and sustainability,with less minimal invasion.However,further practical validation is still needed to determine the most suitable media for mADM injection as well as the most appropriate ratio of media to mADM transplantation.This paper reviews the relevant research findings.
