摘　　要：比较物联网智慧护理系统在住院患者体征采集中的应用效果,可为临床护理实践提供参考依据。采用随机对照实验,选取2023年7月~12月普外科收治入院的200位患者进行研究,其中对照组与实验组各100位患者,2组患者具有可比性,对照组患者采用临床常规体征采集方式,实验组引入物联网智慧护理系统进行体征采集,比较2组患者体征采集平均护理时间、护患双方满意度。物联网智慧护理能有效减少患者体征采集的护理时间(对照组耗时323.2±8.5s,实验组耗时55.8±6.4s),并能有效提高护患双方满意度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用物联网智慧护理符合护理学科发展趋势,其能有效提升护理人员工作效率,减轻护理人员工作负担,从而提高护患满意度,达到优质护理的目的。To compare the application effect of IoT smart nursing systems in collecting physical signs of hospitalized patients,and provide reference basis for clinical nursing practice.A randomized controlled experiment was conducted to select 200 patients admitted to the general surgery department from July to December 2023.The control group and experimental group each had 100 patients,and the two groups were comparable.The control group patients were collected using routine clinical signs,while the experimental group was collected using an IoT intelligent nursing system.The average nursing time and satisfaction of both nursing and patient groups were compared.The IoT intelligent nursing can effectively reduce the nursing time for patient sign collection(the control group took 323.2±8.5 seconds,and the experimental group took 55.8±6.4 seconds),and can effectively improve the satisfaction of both nurses and patients,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The application of IoT smart nursing is in line with the development trend of nursing discipline.It can effectively improve the work efficiency of nursing staff,reduce their workload,thereby improving nurse patient satisfaction and achieving the goal of high-quality nursing.
