摘 要:传统的飞机装配检测方法检测准确率较低,对此,研究面向飞机装配过程的数字化预装配检测系统。系统硬件部分包括数据采集、工程辅助以及智能计算硬件。在系统软件设计部分,构建了位姿测量网格以实现飞机装配业务单元实景信息的获取,并基于位置的视觉伺服分析得到当前位姿与目标位姿,以实现飞机数字化预装配偏差检测等方面。通过对图像特征的提取和SVD法求解位姿偏差,实现了对飞机装配的偏差检测。实验结论表明,方法的装配检测时间始终低于10 s,具有较高的检测效率。The traditional aircraft assembly inspection methods have low inspection accuracy.In this regard,a digital pre-assembly inspection system for the aircraft assembly process is studied.The hardware part of the system includes data acquisition,engineering assistance and intelligent computing hardware.In the system software design part,the position measurement grid is constructed to achieve the acquisition of real-world information of aircraft assembly business units,and the position-based visual servo analysis is used to obtain the current position and the target position,in order to achieve the digital pre-assembly deviation detection of the aircraft,among other aspects.Through the extraction of image features and the SVD method to solve the positional deviation,the deviation detection of aircraft assembly is realised.The experimental conclusions show that the assembly detection time of the method is always lower than 10s,which has a high detection efficiency.
