摘 要:以某工业园区热力站为研究对象,提出了采用热量在线校准及集中供热智能化调节的方案,解决了该工业园区热力站目前存在的供热管网规模大、设备分散、管理困难,供热不合理及供热收费难等问题。采用热量在校准及供热智能化调节模式后,节省了很大一部分需日常维护、检修的人力资源,并对改造前后的能耗进行对比分析,对该工业园区热力站供热结构进行改造后综合节电率可达到50%,因供热所需的耗水量可节省18%,热力站一年整体的能耗费用可以节省32.5%,整体的经济成本可节约749.02万元左右,改造效果显著,为工业集中供热系统的智能化建设提供了支持。Taking a heat station in an industrial park as the research object,the scheme of online calibration of heat quantity and intelligent regulation of centralised heat supply is proposed to solve the problems of large scale of heat supply pipe network,dispersed equipments,management dificulties,unreasonable heat supply and difficult heat supply charges that exist in the heat station of this industrial park.After adopting heat calibration and heating intelligent regulation mode,it saves a large part of human resources that need daily maintenance and overhauling,and the energy consumption before and after the transformation is compared and analysed,and the comprehensive power saving rate after the transformation of the heating structure of the heat station of this industrial park can be up to 50%,and the water consumption required for heating can be saved by 18%,and the overall energy cost of the heat station in a year can be saved by 32.5%,and the overall economic cost can be saved by 749.02%,and the overall economic cost can be saved by 749.02%.economic cost can save about 7,490,200 yuan,the transformation effect is remarkable,and provides support for the intelligent construction of industrial centralised heat supply system.
