摘　　要：环氧浇注绝缘件是气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的关键部件,针对环氧浇注绝缘件的无损检测需求,提出将X射线检测应用于环氧浇注绝缘件的生产中。分析了X射线对绝缘子、绝缘拉杆、绝缘台等不同类型环氧浇注绝缘件的检测方法,对X射线检测时发现的典型缺陷进行总结,并提出改进方向。通过应用X射线检测,可以提高环氧浇注绝缘件的质量控制水平。Epoxy casting insulator is a key component of gas insulated metal closed switch equipment.According to non-destructive testing requirement of epoxy casting insulator,X-ray inspection was applied to the production of epoxy casting insulator.X-ray inspection method of different types of epoxy casting insulators such as insulator,insulation rod and insulation table was analyzed,typical defect found in X-ray inspection was summarized,and improvement direction was put forward.Through the application of X-ray inspection,the quality control level of epoxy casting insulator can be improved.
