摘　　要：环氧浇注绝缘件是气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备中的关键部件,质量受到真空脱气处理的影响。论述了环氧浇注工艺流程和环氧浇注设备组成,对环氧浇注设备使用的在线脱气装置、伞形薄膜脱气装置的原理、特点进行介绍,并分析脱气装置对环氧浇注绝缘件的影响。Epoxy casting insulator is a key component of gas insulated metal closed switch equipment,and its quality is affected by vacuum degassing treatment.The epoxy casting process and composition of epoxy casting equipment were discussed.The principles and characteristics of online degassing device and film umbrella degassing device used in epoxy casting equipment were introduced,and the influence of degassing device on epoxy casting insulator was analyzed.
