摘 要:针对某企业通信抗震系列设备需要在地震环境下考核可靠性的需求,设计了一种竖直水平一体式单轴地震模拟振动试验系统。根据技术要求,进行系统总体方案的初步设计,应用SolidEdge软件对系统中的地震模拟振动试验台和液压泵站进行参数设计计算与模型细化设计。应用有限元软件对地震模拟振动试验台的竖直运动部件和水平运动部件进行动力学仿真,验证在使用频率段运动部件不存在谐振点,保证结构稳定性。对所设计的竖直水平一体式单轴地震模拟振动试验系统进行正弦扫频试验和Bellcore标准地震模拟试验,确认可以满足技术要求。In order to meet the requirement of the reliability of the communication seismic series equipment of an enterprise in the seismic environment,an integrated vertical and horizontal uniaxial seismic simulation vibration test system was designed.According to the technical requirement,the preliminary design of the overall scheme of the system was carried out,and the SolidEdge software was used to calculate the parameters and refine the models of the seismic simulation vibration test bench and hydraulic pump station in the system.The finite element software was used to simulate the dynamics of the vertical moving part and horizontal moving part of the seismic simulation vibration test bench to verify that there is no resonance point in the moving part in the frequency section to ensure the stability of the structure.The sine sweep test and Bellcore standard seismic simulation test of the designed integrated vertical and horizontal uniaxial seismic simulation vibration test system were carried out confirm that it can meet the technical requirement.
