体育锻炼对随迁老人社会融入的影响及作用机制--基于CGSS数据的实证研究

摘　　要：在人口老龄化背景下,随迁老人社会融入问题日益显现,探讨体育锻炼对随迁老人社会融入的影响,对体育促进随迁老人生活质量具有重要意义。研究采用CGSS(2021)调查数据探究体育锻炼对随迁老人社会融入的影响,并从健康水平、社会信任、社会经济地位进一步分析其中的中介传导机制。研究结果:体育锻炼能够显著促进随迁老人的社会融入,该结论经过稳健性和内生性检验后依然成立;体育锻炼通过改善健康水平、促进社会信任、提升社会经济地位,进而对随迁老人社会融入产生促进作用。In the context of population aging,the problem of social integration of the migrant elderly is becoming more and more obvious,and exploring the effects of physical exercise on the social integration of the migrant elderly is of great significance in promoting the quality of life of the migrant elderly through sports.The study used the CGSS(2021)survey data to explore the effects of physical activity on the social integration of the elderly migrants,and further analyzed the mediating transmission mechanisms in terms of health level,social trust,and socioeconomic status.The results of the study show that physical activity can significantly promote the social integration of the elderly migrants,and this conclusion is still valid after the robustness and endogeneity tests;physical activity promotes the social integration of the elderly migrants by improving their health level,social trust,and socioeconomic status.
