隧道衬砌结构自防水混凝土的试验研究

摘  要:通过正交试验,系统研究了微珠(WZ)、水泥基渗透结晶防水材料(CCCW)和高性能膨胀剂(HPCSA)对隧道衬砌结构自防水混凝土(TLSWPC)抗压强度、抗渗性能和收缩性能的综合影响。结果表明:对抗压强度影响程度WZ>CCCW>HPCSA,最佳组合的抗压强度达到49.9MPa,与基准混凝土相比提高了33.1%;对渗透深度影响程度CCCW>HPCSA>WZ,最佳组合的渗透高度为40mm,与基准混凝土相比降低了45.0%;对干燥收缩率影响程度HPCSA>WZ>HPCSA,最佳组合的28d干燥收缩率为2.1×10-4,与C35基准配合比相比降低了67.7%;采用综合评分法,A2B3C3综合得分最高,抗压强度等级满足设计要求,渗透高度和28d干燥收缩率也处于最佳水平,大大提高了TLSWPC的抗裂性和渗透性。The comprehensive effects of microbeads(WZ),cement-based permeable crystalline waterproofing materials(CCCW),and high-performance expansion agents(HPCSA)on the compressive strength,impermeability,and shrinkage performance of self waterproofing concrete(TLSWPC)for tunnel lining structures were systematically studied through orthogonal experiments.The results show that the degree of influence on compressive strength is WZ>CCCW>HPCSA,and the optimal combination of compressive strength reaches 49.9 MPa,which is 33.1%higher than the benchmark concrete.The degree of influence on penetration depth is CCCW>HPCSA>WZ,and the optimal combination of penetration height is 4Omm,which is 45.0%lower than the benchmark concrete.The degree of influence on drying shrinkage rate is HPCSA>WZ>HPCSA,and the optimal combination of 28 day drying shrinkage rate is 2.1×10-4,decreased by 67.7% compared to the C35 benchmark mix ratio.Using the comprehensive scoring method,A2B3C3 has the highest comprehensive score,the compressive strength grade meets the design requirements,and the penetration height and 28 day dry shrinkage rate are also at the optimal level,greatly improving the crack resistance and permeability of TLSWPC.
