摘  要:在国家碳达峰、碳中和战略目标下,中国的节能减排工作进入了新时期。新能源汽车的运用与普及是国内汽车产业转向低碳领域发展,支撑双碳目标的关键环节之一,然而,新能源汽车的制造的全生命周期会产生大量的碳排放,需要对其来源进行深入分析,并制定相应的绿色转型措施。本文首先通过研究广西新能源汽车生产过程中不同绿色转型途径的绿色溢价成本,建立了多个绿色溢价成本分析模型;其次,使用稀疏主成分分析来处理多个绿色溢价指数的数据,对多个绿色溢价指数进行相关性分析与多重共线性诊断,得到变量之间的协方差矩阵;最后,根据主成分分析结果,确定哪些指数或变量对于绿色转型影响最大,为绿色转型或可持续发展提供指导和建议,并制定相应的战略或政策,同时,研究结果可以扩展到其他新兴产业,为广西电动汽车制造业制定高性价比碳减路径提供参考。Under the national carbon peak and neutrality strategy,China's energy conservation and emission reduction work has entered a new era.The application and popularization of new energy vehicles is one of the key links for the domestic automotive industry shifting towards low-carbon development and supporting the nation's dual carbon goals.However,the entire lifecycle of manufacturing new energy vehicles will generate a large amount of carbon emissions,which requires in-depth analysis of their sources and the development of corresponding green transformation measures.Firstly,the green premium costs of different green transformation pathways in the production process of new energy vehicles in Guangxi is studied,and the multiple green premium cost analysis models are established.Secondly,sparse principal component analysis is used to process data from multiple green premium indices,and the correlation analysis and multicollinearity diagnosis on multiple green premium indices are performed to obtain the covariance matrix between variables.Finally,based on the results of principal component analysis,indices or variables which have the greatest impact on green transformation are identified to provide guidance and suggestions for green transformation or sustainable development and formulate corresponding strategies or policies.The research results can also be extended to other emerging industries to provide reference for the development of cost-effective carbon reduction pathways in Guangxi's electric vehicle manufacturing industry.
