摘 要:双向DC-DC变换器在储能系统中应用广泛,提高变换器效率能够在工程上具有重要意义。对CLLLC谐振式双向DC-DC变换器工作原理进行分析,研究了实现所有开关管的零电压开通情况下谐振电感和电容的设计要求,同时设计一种基于前馈的反馈网络对双向DC-DC变换器进行控制。基于前馈控制的CLLLC谐振式双向DC-DC变换器有效抑制了储能系统的输入和输出端电压纹波,控制系统能够使得开关管实现零电压开通,提高了变换器系统效率。样机测试验证了设计的控制系统能够在变换器双向工作过程中实现所有开关管的软开关过程,使得变换器效率得到提升,同时具有良好的稳态性能。Bidirectional DC-DC converter is widely used in energy storage systems,and it is of great significance in engineering to improve its efficiency.In this paper,the working principle of the CLLLC resonant bidirectional DC-DC converter is analyzed,and the design requirements for resonant inductance and capacitance under zero voltage switch-on of all switches are studied.A feedforward feedback network is designed to control the bidirectional DC-DC converter.The CLLLC resonant bidirectional DC-DC converter based on feedforward control effectively suppresses the input and output voltage ripple of energy storage system,and the control system achieves zero voltage switch-on of the switching transistor,which improves the efficiency of the converter system.Prototype testing verified that the designed control system can achieve soft switching of all switching transistors during bidirectional operation of the converter,which improves the efficiency of the converter and has good steady-state performance.
