摘　　要：目的:观察加服壮医祛毒通养方治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:随机将62例PCOS患者分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片和盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用壮医祛毒通养方治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患者治疗前后月经情况评分、双侧卵巢体积、性激素[睾酮(T),黄体生成素(LH),卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平、空腹血糖(FPG)水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:治疗后两组患者月经情况评分、性激素(FSH、LH和T)水平、血糖代谢指标(FINS、FPG和HOMA-IR)水平均降低,双侧卵巢体积缩小,且观察组降低或缩小的程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:加用壮医祛毒通养方治疗多囊卵巢综合征可更好地改善月经情况和性激素水平,减小卵巢体积和纠正内分泌代谢紊乱,从而减轻临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of added Qudu-Tongyang decoction of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 62 PCOS patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ethinylestradiol-cyproterone acetate and metformin hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group received Qudu-Tongyang decoction of Zhuang medicine on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The main efficacy evaluation indicators included menstrual status scores,bilateral ovarian volume,sex hormones[testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]levels,fasting insulin(FINS),fasting blood glucose(FBG)levels,and HOMA insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),which were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:Following the treatment,both groups of patients experienced reductions in menstrual status scores,sex hormones(FSH,LH,and T)levels,blood glucose metabolism index(FINS,FPG,and HOMA-IR),and bilateral ovarian volumes.The degree of reduction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Added Qudu-Tongyang decoction of Zhuang medicine with Ethinylestradiol-cyproterone acetate and metformin hydrochloride tablets for polycystic ovarian syndrome can effectively improve the menstrual status and sex hormones levels,reduce ovarian volume,correct endocrine metabolic disorders,and alleviate clinical symptoms.
