摘  要:渗透调节物质与抗氧化酶活性在植物生态适应中发挥着重要的调控作用。本研究对浑善达克沙地不同生境黄柳(Salix gordejevii)叶片渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量进行测定,并分析其与土壤理化因子的相关性,以期揭示黄柳的生理生态适应机制。结果表明:(1)不同生境黄柳叶片游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量具有显著性差异,流动沙地Pro含量最大,为20.27μg.g^(-1),半固定沙地最小,为11.21μg.g^(-1);可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量无显著性差异。(2)不同生境黄柳叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性具有显著性差异,丘间低地SOD活性(242.61 U.g^(-1))和CAT活性(337.50 U.g^(-1))高于其他生境;各生境过氧化物歧化酶(POD)活性和MDA含量无显著性差异。(3)不同生境间具有明显的异质性,但土壤理化因子与黄柳叶片渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性及MDA间无相关关系。Pro、SOD和CAT是黄柳适应浑善达克沙地不同生境的主要调节物质,反映了黄柳具有较强的生理生态适应性。Osmoregulatory substances and antioxidant enzymes activities play an important role in plant ecological adaptation.To reveal the physiological and ecological adaptation mechanism of Salix gordejevii,the osmoregulatory substances content,antioxidant enzymes activities,malondialdehyde(MDA)content of those leaves in different habitats in Otindag Sandy Land were measured,and the correlations between them and edaphic physicochemical factors were explored.The results showed as follows,(1)There was significant difference in proline(Pro)content among different habitats.The highest Pro content was 20.27μg.g^(-1)in mobile dune,and the lowest was 11.21μg.g^(-1)in semi-fixed dune.(2)Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities were significantly different in different habitats.SOD activities(242.61 U.g^(-1))and CAT activities(337.50 U.g^(-1))were significantly higher in dune slack than in other habitats.There were no significant differences in POD activities and MDA content among different habitats.(3)There was obvious heterogeneity among different habitats,but there were no correlation between soil physicochemical factors and osmoticregulatory substances,antioxidant enzyme activities and malondialdehyde content.It followed then Pro,SOD and CAT were the main regulatory substances for Salix gordejevii to adapt to different habitats in Otindag Sandy Land,which reflected the strong physiological and ecological adaptability of it.The results provided theoretical references for the study of ecological and biological characteristics of Salix gordejevii and its rational exploitation and utilization.
