摘 要:为探究沙地云杉(Picea meyeri var. mongolica)内生真菌(Endophytic fungi)对沙柳溃疡病病原菌茶藨子葡萄座腔菌(Botryosphaeria ribis)的抑菌作用,本研究选择互隔链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)、三线镰刀菌(Fusarium tricinctum)、产黄青霉菌(Penicillium chrysogenum) 3种沙地云杉内生真菌作为试验材料,以沙柳溃疡病病原菌茶藨子葡萄座腔菌为目标菌,采用平板对峙法、生长速率法、双皿对扣法探究内生真菌对沙柳溃疡病病原菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:3株内生真菌均表现出良好的抑菌效果,菌株SDYS95产黄青霉菌的抑菌作用最好,抑菌率可达81.32%,其发酵液抑菌率可达22.29%,挥发性代谢产物抑菌率可达16.39%。为利用内生真菌及其代谢产物替代化学农药,保护北沙柳(Salix psammophila)资源提供参考。In order to explore the antibacterial effect of endophytic bacteria of Picea meyeri var.mongolica on the pathogen Botryosphaeria ribis,in this research,three endophytic fungi of Picea meyeri var.mongolica,namely Alternaria alternata,Fusarium tricinctum and Penicillium chrysogenum,were selected as the experimental materials,taking Botryosphaeria ribis,the antibacterial activity of endophytic fungi against the pathogenic bacteria of Botryosphaeria ribis,was studied by using plate method,growth rate method,and fermentation broth culture method.The results showed that all three endophytic strains showed good bacteriostatic effects,the bacterium SDYS95(Penicillium chrysogenum)had the best antibacterial activity,and the bacteriostatic rate was up to 81.32%,the bacteriostatic rate of fermentation fluid was up to 22.29%,and the bacteriostatic rate of volatile metabolites was up to 16.39%.It provided references for using endophytic fungi and their metabolites to replace chemical pesticides and protect the resource of Salix psammophila.
