妇科断红饮胶囊联合氨甲苯酸治疗子宫异常出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨妇科断红饮胶囊联合氨甲苯酸治疗子宫异常出血的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年9月张家口市第一医院收治的子宫异常出血患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和治疗组(45例)。对照组患者口服氨甲苯酸片,0.5 g/次,3次/d。在对照组的基础上,治疗组口服妇科断红饮胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。两组患者用药8周。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者症状好转时间及雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮(NO)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组(80.00%,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组症状好转时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者E2、FSH、P、LH、IL-6、NO和TNF-α水平比治疗前明显下降,而血清因子VEGF明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组这些指标水平均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 妇科断红饮胶囊与氨甲苯酸协同治疗,可有效改善临床症状,明显转好性激素水平,显著降低机体炎性反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Fuke Duanhongyin Capsules combined with aminomethylbenzoic acid in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods Patients(90 cases)with abnormal uterine bleeding in Zhangjiakou First Hospital from June 2021 to September 2023 were divided into control(45 cases)and treatment(45 cases)group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were po administered with Aminomethylbenzoic Acid Tablets,0.5 g/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fuke Duanhongyin Capsules on the basis of the control group,3 grains/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks.After treatment,the clinical evaluations were evaluated,the symptom relief time,and the levels of E2,FSH,P,LH,NO,TNF-α,IL-6 and VEGF in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the time of symptoms improvement in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2,FSH,P,LH,IL-6,NO,and TNF-αin two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but the serum levels of factor VEGF were significantly higher(P<0.05),these indicators levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Fuke Duanhongyin Capsules and aminomethylbenzoic acid can effectively improve clinical symptoms,significantly improve the level of sex hormones and reduce the inflammatory response.
