摘 要:通过利用标准值法、典型计算法、典型线性差值计算法三种溶解氧计算方式,对比研究了三种计算方式预测结果以及应用后的效果。研究表明三种计算方法的溶解氧浓度预测值与某热力除氧器溶解氧浓度实测值偏差率均大于5%,但在运行要求的部分区间范围内预测偏差率可以满足小于5%的偏差率要求。在Matlab模型应用中,分段选择引入三种计算方式,预测整体偏差率仅为2.2%,可有效预测溶解氧浓度,达到预测计算的目的。By using the standard value method,typical calculation method and typical linear difference calculation method of three dissolved oxygen calculation methods,the prediction results of the three calculation methods as well as the effect after application were compared and studied.The study shows that the deviation rate between the predicted dissolved oxygen concentration of the three calculation methods and the measured dissolved oxygen concentration of a thermal deaera-tor is greater than 5%,but the predicted deviation rate can satisfy the deviation rate requirement of less than 5%in the range of partial intervals of the operational requirements.In the Matlab model application,the segmented selection of the in-troduction of the three calculation methods,the prediction of the overall deviation rate of only 2.2%,can effectively predict the concentration of dissolved oxygen content,to achieve the purpose of the prediction calculation.
