摘  要:试验旨在探究不同蛋白质水平饲料对中国结鱼幼鱼的影响。选择体重(3.26±0.09)g健康的试验鱼720尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾,分别饲喂蛋白质水平为33.19%、36.48%、39.80%、42.59%、45.80%、48.06%的试验饲料。试验期10 w。结果显示,随着饲料蛋白质水平的升高,试验鱼增重率和特定生长率均在45.80%组达到最大,显著高于33.19%组、36.48%组和39.80%组(P<0.05);45.80%组试验鱼终末体长显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。33.19%组饲料系数显著高于39.80%组、42.59%组和48.06%组(P<0.05)。42.59%组全鱼和肌肉的粗蛋白含量均最高,其中全鱼粗蛋白含量显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。42.59%组试验鱼胰蛋白酶活性最高,显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。45.80%组肠道脂肪酶活性较高,显著高于33.19%组、36.48%组、39.80%组和42.59%组(P<0.05)。33.19%组肠道α-淀粉酶活性较高,显著高于39.80%组、42.59%组、45.80%组和48.06%组(P<0.05)。研究表明,经折线模型及二次非线性模型回归分析,中国结鱼幼鱼饲料适宜蛋白质水平以41.65%~43.53%为宜。The study was to explore the effects of different protein levels on juvenile of Tor sinensis.A total of 720 healthy test fish with a body weight of(3.26±0.09)g were randomly divided into six groups,with three replicates in each group,and 40 fish in each replicate,and were fed with 33.19%,36.48%,39.80%,42.59%,45.80%,and 48.06%protein levels,respectively.The trial period was 10 weeks.The results showed that with the increase of feed protein level,the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of the experimental fish reached the maximum in the 45.80%group,which were significantly higher than those in the 33.19%group,36.48%group,and 39.80%group(P<0.05).The terminal body length of the 45.80%group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).The feed coefficient of the 33.19%group was significantly higher than that of the 39.80%group,42.59%group,and 48.06%group(P<0.05).The crude protein content of whole fish and muscle in the 42.59%group was the highest,and the crude protein content of whole fish was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).The trypsin activity of the 42.59%group was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05),and the intestinal lipase activity of the 45.80%group was higher than that of the 33.19%group,36.48%group,39.80%group,and 42.59%group(P<0.05).The intestinalα-amylase activity in the 33.19%group was significantly higher than that in the 39.80%group,42.59%group,45.80%group,and 48.06%group(P<0.05).The study indicates that the suitable protein level of feed for juvenile of Tor sinensis is 41.65%~43.53%by the regression analysis of the broken line model and the quadratic nonlinear model.
