摘  要:基于WebGIS技术、数据库技术构建B/S架构的绿地资源信息化系统,旨在解决传统绿地资源信息数据管理方式可视化效果差、缺乏空间管理和数据不集中以及共享性差等问题。该系统以国土变更调查数据为基础,对乌鲁木齐市近十年绿地资源数据进行分析和整合,建立了乌鲁木齐市绿地资源基础地理信息数据库,实现了自然资源管理新形势下的绿地数据共享和研究区绿地资源数据的集中管理。采用前后端分离开发,实现高内聚低耦合,增强系统的可维护性并综合考虑系统的安全性和数据访问机制,设计和实现了数据信息化、数据查询、统计分析、指标趋势分析、辅助审核和权限管理等功能。最终通过实际数据验证,较好地实现了系统的多项功能。系统不仅为绿地资源的研究提供了便捷的信息获取途径,同时在推进乌鲁木齐市绿地合理开发利用和绿地管理水平提升方面发挥了重要作用。此外,该系统的开发也为其他城市和地区的国土资源信息化建设提供了实际的技术参考。We construct a B/S architecture green space resource information system based on WebGIS technology and database technology,aiming to solve the problems of poor visualization effect,lack of spatial management,decentralized data,and poor sharing in traditional green space resource information data management.The system takes the national land change survey data as the basis,analyzes and integrates the green space resource data of Urumqi City in nearly ten years,establishes the basic geographic information database of Urumqi City’s green space resources,realizes the sharing and centralized management of green space data under the new situation of natural resource management,and research area green space resource data.Adopting front-end and back-end separation development,achieving high cohesion and low coupling,enhancing the maintainability of the system,and comprehensively considering the security of the system and the mechanism of data access,the functions such as informatization of data,data query,statistical analysis,indicator trend analysis,auxiliary audit,and authority management are designed and realized.Finally,through the verification of actual data,the system has well realized multiple functions.The system not only provides a convenient way for the research of green space resources,but also plays an important role in promoting the rational development and utilization of green spaces and improving the level of green space management in Urumqi.In addition,the development of this system also provides practical technical references for the informatization construction of land and resources in other cities and regions.
