关节镜下肩袖修复术后早期疼痛的危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析关节镜下肩袖修复术后早期疼痛的影响因素。方法:分析2021年1月—2023年1月山东省阳谷县人民医院收治的60例关节镜下肩袖修复术后患者的临床资料。分析所有患者术后早期疼痛情况,统计患者身体质量指数(BMI)、脂肪浸润肩袖撕裂程度、肩峰成形术、肩胛下肌腱损伤等一般资料,采用Logistic多因素回归分析法分析关节镜下肩袖修复术后患者早期疼痛的危险因素。结果:60例经关节镜下肩袖修复术后患者中,有21例(35.00%)疼痛,纳为疼痛组;其余39例(65.00%)无疼痛,纳为无疼痛组。疼痛组中的女性、脂肪浸润、术中行肩峰成形术、肩袖小撕裂构成比高于无疼痛组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,女性、脂肪浸润、术中行肩峰成形术、肩袖小撕裂是关节镜下肩袖修复术后患者早期疼痛的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:女性、脂肪浸润、术中行肩峰成形术、肩袖小撕裂是关节镜下肩袖修复术后患者早期疼痛的危险因素。Objective To study the influencing factors of early pain after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients who underwent rotator cuff repair under arthroscopic at Yanggu County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were analyzed.Early postoperative pain was analyzed,general data such as body mass index(BMI),fat infiltration rotator cuff tear,acromioplasty,and subscapular tendon injury were collected,and the risk factors of early pain after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair were analyzed by Logistic multivariate regression analysis.Results Of the 60 patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair,21 cases(35.00%)had pain,which was classified as pain group.The remaining 39 cases(65.00%)had no pain and were classified as the pain-free group.The proportion of females,the proportion of fat infiltration,the proportion of intraoperative acromioplasty and the proportion of rotator cuff minor tears in pain group were higher than those in no pain group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that female,fat infiltration,intraoperative acromioplasty,and minor rotator cuff tear were independent risk factors for early pain after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair(P<0.05).Conclusions Female,fat infiltration,intraoperative acromioplasty,and minor rotator cuff tear were independent risk factors for early pain after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.
