摘　　要：肌肉减少症和心血管代谢疾病已成为影响老年人健康和生活质量的重要公共卫生问题。预防肌肉减少症发生对心血管代谢疾病的防治具有重要意义。本文就老年人肌肉减少症诊断标准、肌肉减少症与心血管代谢疾病的关系及可能机制进行综述,为肌肉减少症合并心血管代谢疾病的防控提供支持。Sarcopenia and cardiometabolic diseases have become important public health problems affecting the health and quality of life of the elderly.Reducing the incidence of sarcopenia is of positive significance for preventing and treating cardiometabolic diseases.This paper reviews the diagnostic criteria of sarcopenia in the elderly,the relationship between sarcopenia and cardiometabolic diseases,and the possible mechanisms.It provides support for the prevention and control of sarcopenia combined with cardiometabolic diseases.
