摘 要:为了研究实际生产过程中喂钙量对Q690D钢中非金属夹杂物的改性效果,通过工业试验对高强钢进行了3炉次试验,分别为高喂钙量、中喂钙量以及低喂钙量,并采用热力学软件计算了不同w(T.[Ca])/w(T.[O])对钢中非金属夹杂物的影响。结果表明,中喂钙量炉次钢中非金属夹杂物的改性效果最好,而且由于保护浇铸措施较好,该炉次在浇铸过程中夹杂物数密度及面积分数最小,二者分别为6.19个/mm^(2)、0.0041%。高强钢钙处理前钢中非金属夹杂物主要为Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO,钙处理后钢中非金属夹杂物转变为球形的钙铝酸盐类夹杂物。钙处理后短时间内,钢中生成大量CaS夹杂物,随着精炼及连铸过程的进行,CaS逐渐转化为CaO。热力学计算结果表明,不同钢液成分对钢中非金属夹杂物液态窗口以及CaS、CaO的生成影响较大,与工业试验结果具有较好的一致性。In order to study the modification effect of calcium addition on non-metallic inclusions in Q690D steel during actual production process,three heats test were conducted,including high calcium addition,medium calcium addition and low calcium addition,and the influence of different w(T.[Ca])/w(T.[O])on non-metallic inclusions in steel was calculated using thermodynamic software.The results showed that the modification effect of non-metallic inclusions in steel with medium calcium addition was the best,and due to better protective casting measures,the number density and area fraction of inclusions were the smallest during the casting process,with values of 6.19 mm-2 and 0.0041%,respectively.The non-metallic inclusions in high-strength steel before calcium treatment are mainly Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO,and after calcium treatment,the non-metallic inclusions in the steel transform into spherical calcium aluminate inclusions.Within a short period of time after calcium treatment,a large amount of CaS inclusions are generated in the steel.As the refining and continuous casting process progresses,CaS gradually transforms into CaO.The thermodynamic calculation results indicate that different steel compositions have a significant impact on the liquid window of non-metallic inclusions in steel,as well as the generation of CaS and CaO,which is consistent with the industrial test results.
