摘 要:为了控制230 mm×1820 mm板坯连铸结晶器内液面波动和卷渣过程,通过物理模拟试验分别研究了SEN水口插入深度、拉速、吹气流量等参数变化对结晶器内液面波动和油相运动的影响。结果表明,增加SEN水口插入深度时,从水口侧孔流出的射流冲击深度增加,对自由液面处的扰动减小,有利于控制液面波动和卷渣过程,对比可知,结晶器宽面1/4位置处液面波动相对剧烈,容易引起卷渣。增大拉速时,提高了上回流的流动强度,使得结晶器内液面波动增大,卷渣现象变得严重,当水口插入深度为130 mm和150 mm时,液面波动在±3 mm内百分比降低幅度分别为1.2%~6.2%、-2.0%~11.5%。吹气流量的增加使得流股的冲击深度减小,受到上回流的剪切作用和气泡逸出的影响,结晶器内液面波动增大,油相的裸露区域范围逐渐扩大。综合考虑液面波动的变化和卷渣过程,合适的水口插入深度和吹气流量应分别保持为150 mm、6 L/min。To control the liquid level fluctuation and slag entrainment in a 230 mm×1820 mm slab mold,physical modeling experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of the immersion depth of submerged entry nozzle(SEN),casting speed,and gas flow rate on the liquid level fluctuation and oil movement in the mold.The results show that increasing the immersion depth of SEN increased the impact depth of the jet from the nozzle exit.The disturbance from the upper backflow to the free surface was reduced,which was beneficial to control the liquid level fluctuation and slag entrainment.By comparison,it was found that the liquid level at 1/4 mold width fluctuated obviously and the slag phase was easily entrained into the mold.Increasing the casting speed improved the intensity of the upper backflow.As a result,the liquid level fluctuation in the mold increased and the slag entrainment became serious.When the immersion depth of SEN was 130 mm and 150 mm,the percentage of±3 mm level fluctuation was decreased by 1.2%-6.2%and-2.0%-11.5%,respectively.As the gas flow rate increased,the impact depth of the jet decreased.The shear effect of the upper backflow and the escape of gas bubbles led to the increase in the liquid level fluctuation.The exposed area of the oil phase was gradually enlarged.Considering the change of the liquid level fluctuation and slag entrainment,the suitable immersion depth of SEN and gas flow rate should be 150 mm and 6 L/min,respectively.
