摘  要:以某厂生产的GCr15轴承钢为研究对象,采用商业软件ProCAST中的元胞自动机-有限元耦合模型(CAFE模型),考虑结晶器电磁搅拌影响,模拟预测了GCr15连铸大方坯凝固组织,并通过实测温度和实际低倍对模型进行验证。在此基础上,分析了过热度、拉速和比水量对GCr15连铸大方坯等轴晶率和平均晶粒半径的影响,提出了较合理的生产工艺,并通过工业试验验证。结果表明,随着过热度从25℃增大为50℃,铸坯等轴晶率由54.6%降低为40.0%,平均晶粒半径由0.142 9 cm增大为0.150 8 cm。当拉速从1.0 m/min增大为1.4 m/min时,铸坯等轴晶率由44.5%降低至37.5%,平均晶粒半径由0.146 3 cm增大到0.150 5 cm。随着二冷比水量由0.210 L/kg提高至0.367 L/kg,铸坯等轴晶率由46.7%降低到41.8%。当比水量从0.210 L/kg提高至0.236 L/kg时,平均晶粒半径由0.159 7 cm减小为0.146 7 cm,继续提高比水量,平均晶粒半径变化不大。工业试验结果表明,过热度约30℃、拉速1.0 m/min、二冷比水量0.236 L/kg为该GCr15铸坯合理的生产工艺。Considering the influence of electromagnetic stirring,the cellular automata-finite element coupling model(CAFE model)has been carried out to simulate the solidification structure of the GCr15 bloom.The model was verified by the measured temperature and the actual macrostructure.On this basis,the effects of superheat,casting speed and specific water amount on the equiaxed crystal ratio and average grain radius of GCr15 bloom have been analyzed,and a more reasonable production process was proposed,and verified by industrial tests.The results showed that with the increase of superheat from^(2)5℃to 50℃,the equiaxed crystal ratio of the bloom decreases from 54.6%to 40.0%,and the average grain radius increased from 0.1429 cm to 0.1508 cm.When the casting speed increased from 1.0 m/min to 1.4 m/min,the equiaxed crystal ratio of the bloom decreased from 44.5%to 37.35%,and the average grain radius increased from 0.1463 cm to 0.1505 cm.With the increase of the specific water amount from 0.210 L/kg to 0.367 L/kg,the equiaxed ratio of the bloom decreased from 46.7%to 41.8%.When the specific water flow rate increased from 0.210 L/kg to 0.236 L/kg the average grain radius decreased from 0.1597 cm to 0.1467 cm,and when the specific water amount continued to increase,the average grain radius did not change much.The industrial test results showed that the superheat is around 30℃,the casting speed was 1.0 m/min,and the specific water flow rate of the second cooling is 0.236 L/kg,which was the reasonable production process of the GCr15 bloom.
