摘 要:随着生产节奏加快,传统底吹方式存在的夹杂物去除效率低的问题已经制约了连铸效率的进一步提高。提出了一种新型非对称底吹工艺以高效去除夹杂物,改善精炼效果。其核心思想是采用不同类型、位置、气量的透气砖搭配,单独控制气量,优化底吹工艺。物理模拟分析发现,两透气砖吹气量之和不变,在狭缝式透气砖和弥散式透气砖中分别施加一大一小两吹氩量,气量之比在1.4∶1情况下,与传统的双狭缝式透气砖均匀底吹工艺相比,夹杂物去除率提高了27%。并且,保证透气砖夹角不变,随着弥散式透气砖越靠近钢包中心,羽流区体积增大,单位时间内过滤的流体就越多,夹杂物去除效率同比提高了14.7%。综上,非对称底吹可以有效提高夹杂物去除率。With the increasing rate of steel production,the issues of low stirring efficiency and removal rate of inclusions in steel in traditional bottom blowing methods have constrained further improvements in continuous casting efficiency.In light of this,this study proposes a new asymmetric bottom blowing process that efficiently removes inclusions and enhances refining effects.The core idea of this process involves the use of tuyeres of different types,positions,as well as gas flow rates,with independent control of the gas volume to optimize the bottom blowing process.Through physical simulation analysis,it was discovered that keeping the sum of the gas volumes from two tuyeres as constant,and applying different argon blowing rates to slot and porous tuyeres with a ratio of 1.4∶1 could result in a 27%increase in inclusion removal rate compared to the traditional dual blowing.The study also found that with a constant angle of existing tuyeres,as the porous tuyere gets closer to the center of the ladle,the area of plume zone increases,filtering more fluid in unit time,leading to a 14.7%improvement in the percentage of inclusion removal.Over all,the asymmetry bottom blowing process is beneficial for inclusion removement.
